Bike

Bicycles come in all shapes and sizes, the “best” one is different to everyone. I have not included recommendations for bicycles, since there are way too many of them. Ideally find a local bike shop and find one that suits you best.

For the e-bike recommendations, these are just a few good ones that are well-reviewed online. If you like a different e-bike, that’s fine by me. Other brands probably have good e-bikes too, so be sure to do your research and, ideally, try them out in a local bike shop before you decide to purchase.

  • e-bike: Aventon Pace 500 3 ($1799 $1599) / Level 2 ($1899 $1599)

The Aventon Level 3 ($1899) is $300 more than the Level 2 but comes with more security features such as GPS tracking, auto-lock, etc as well as a sleeker frame. This price difference may be worth it to you.

  • folding e-bike: Aventon Sinch 2 ($1699)

The Aventon Sinch 2.5 ($1799) is $100 more but is a relatively minor upgrade, bringing hydraulic brakes and a suspension seatpost. The battery and power of the bike remains identical.
